the jacuzzi in the bedroom was amazin, and i loved the extra touch of chocolates on the pillow. staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for exploring valencia. the room was lovely and very comfy, with great attention to detail. exceptional value for what you get in the city centre!

the air conditioning didn't cool well during the night, and parking was a bit of a nightmare.

The spa bath jets were disgusting, spewing dirt and grime, resulting in me cleaning them myself, not a five-star experience. there’s a leak in the ceiling, and the breakfast options are painfully limited. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for all these inconveniences but guess that’s too much to ask here. shocked, really.

During my 7-night stay, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The hotel offered a fantastic three-course lunch for just €13.50, and the breakfast spread had something for everyone, including great options for paellas. The double shower in my spacious room was a delightful touch after exploring nearby attractions.

Parking availability seemed misleading!!! Air conditioning underperformed significantly during the night!!! Wouldn't expect such a limited selection of tea and coffee in a boutique hotel!!!

Lovely Surprise Stay with Excellent Service

Our two-night stay was delightful! The staff graciously upgraded our room and decorated it with balloons and treats for my boyfriend’s birthday. The room was impeccably clean with stunning views. Be sure to try the three-course lunch. it’s a steal at €13.50! Highly recommend this for a romantic getaway.

Just a suitable option for a brief hiatus in Valencia with excellent value for money. The staff was super friendly and made sure I felt welcome during my short stay. Consider using the nearby public transport for easy access to the city attractions.
